We are very fortunate to have the facilities to accommodate clients who wish to haul their animals in. We have a tilt table that can withstand all sizes of cattle, cattle chutes, a calf chute with a scale, and an on-staff hoof trimmer here every Monday from 8AM-12PM. If needed, our veterinarians are available for farm calls and herd health consultations for beef, dairy, and small ruminant producers. We work very closely with the NETBIO program and the Sulphur Springs livestock auction.
Texas law prohibits the dispensing of prescription products unless we have a "valid doctor-client-patient relationship". This means that the veterinarian (or the colleague of the veterinarian under some circumstances) must have seen the animal for the condition being treated.
Dairy Health Services works very closely with its sister company, Dairy Supply Services, which provides essential farm products and services in the Northeast Texas area.
